SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with your estimate delivery time and tracking link. For shipping & delivery we use a variety of courier partners depending on your delivery address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You should feel confident when making your purchase that your order will arrive as it presented and described in our online store.
If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to offer hassle‑free 14 Day Returns & Exchanges from the date of your delivery. Simply return your item within the 14 day period and we'll exchange your item for an alternate size. If we're out of stock for that particular item, we can recommend another style or item, or we can offer store credit equal to the purchase price of your returned item, excluding shipping & delivery costs.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. All returned items must be in their original condition with original tags, original labels, original packaging and original hygiene seal(s) intact.
Returns and exchanges are available for all full prices items. The sale of all discounted items is final, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for these items.
To initiate a return and exchange, please contact us first via email at surfshop@earth-island.com to notify us of your request. Once we confirm this request, we will provide you with our return address to post your item back to. Please include your original packing slip or purchase receipt with your returned item for proof of purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
We will inspect all returned items to assess the condition of the item and determine if the item has been used or not. Earth Island reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) where the above outlined requirements are not met. Please choose carefully as we is unable to offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally happen beyond our control. On rare occasions, shipping & delivery times may be subject to delays due to causes outside of Earth Island's and/or the delivery partners control—including but not limited to public holidays, peak periods, road closures, pandemic lock downs and other circumstances (if applicable).
