The Earth Island Restaurant presents a menu experience that has been crafted from all corners of the world. Each dish is inspired by our love for surf travel, savouring flavours and tastes from our most treasured surf destinations across the global archipelago.

Our menu is a celebration of consciously sourced produce, using whole ingredients from nose-to-tail and flower-to-root. At the heart of our kitchen is the wood-fire, connecting our flavoursome food and those who share it—to the raw elements of nature.

Our regionally-accented cocktails have been crafted to embody the rhythm of the ocean and the soul of surf adventure. Our drinks menu has been thoughtfully curated to be paired with, and compliment our food offering.
